Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchange is only applicable for:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Size issue (subject to availability)
Return Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
In special cases, store credit or exchange may be provided after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or washed products
Customized items
Products purchased on sale or discount

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during sales, Eid, or unexpected courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.
